The Canvas of Words Tour is a traveling showcase of the Annual Canvas of Words show held in Queens. The mission of the tour is to introduce audiences to this show which features poets and performers whose styles range from academia, slam, spoken word theater and touches on a variety of topics. We debut the tour this year at the Bowery Poetry Club and we plan to extend to a myriad of venues in NYC and out of state. The tour will not only entertain the audience in our unique way but it will also create a forum for poets and audience members to connect.
